A great commitment has always been aimed at acquiring maximum competence both in classic criminal law concerning the individual responsibilities of natural persons, and in the area of criminal liability-direct administrative administration of entities regulated by Legislative Decree 231/2001.
We believe, in fact, that criminal jurisdiction deserves unequivocal commitment compared to other areas of law, so that every crime can be addressed with the appropriate deepening and preparation.
In addition to the traditional criminal jurisdiction for crimes against property, person, honor, public administration, family, public order, public faith, trade, sexual freedom, drug trafficking, smuggling, road traffic offences, the applicant’s handling of matters relating to the activities of companies, in particular in the areas of bankruptcy, tax and commercial criminal law, criminal liability for health and safety at work, environmental protection and housing.
It is also worth mentioning the treatment of criminal proceedings instituted by the European Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO), concerning crimes detrimental to the financial interests of the European Union, and aimed at prosecuting, with increasing frequency, for example tax evasion involving several States of the European Union from which a loss of at least 10 million euros or, in any event, offences which have repercussions at Community level or for which the European Public Prosecutor’s Office is facilitated in the conduct of investigations.
Great attention is also paid to juvenile criminal law, which requires particular care in the management of the relationship with the customer and his family in order to achieve, as a main goal, the recovery of the child compared to deviant conduct, so that the judicial experience is formative, rather than punitive. For this purpose, if requested, legal aid can be accompanied by adequate psychological support provided by specialized professionals working with the Firm.
