In 1992 he graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Milan, with a thesis entitled “Foreign criminal judgments in Italy and Italian criminal judgments abroad”, speaker Prof. Lawyer Angelo Giarda. After completing his legal practice at a primary criminal law firm in Milan, he obtained a qualification for the profession in Milan in the 1994/1995 session, with registration in the Milan Bar. He attended the training course for the defense in the juvenile trial, with registration to the appropriate list at the Milan Bar Association. Since 2008 he has been registered in the Special Register for Legal Aid before the Court of Cassation.
Lawyer Gian Alberto Elli has had the opportunity to gain extensive experience in all areas of criminal law, with the deepening, among other things, of corporate, tax, bankruptcy and environmental criminal law, medical and employer negligence. From 1993 to 2001 he practiced at Fanari Law Firm in Milan while from 2001 to 2005 he continued his activity in an associated form, first in Fanari-Santa Maria-Elli Law Firm and then in Santa Maria-Elli Associated Law Firm, dealing, among others, of procedural events related to major corruption, the defense of prominent figures in the Italian financial sector and leading, on behalf of leading Italian and foreign multinationals, numerous defences in the field of environmental criminal law, Since 2005 he has been the owner of an independent law firm in Milan, via Spartaco 27. He is enrolled in the Criminal Chamber of Milan with whom he has collaborated, as a speaker, in the courses for the suitability for the defence of office organized together with the Milan Bar Association.
In 2006 he graduated in Law from the University of Milan with a thesis entitled “The legal profiles of the document flow and the computer management of documents”, speaker Prof. Giovanni Ziccardi. Since 2007 he has obtained a legal qualification in the Court of Appeal of Milan within the limits of d.lgs. 51/98, completing the process of forensic practice, then obtaining the qualification to the profession of lawyer in Milan, with registration to the Register of Lawyers of Lodi.
Lawyer Massimiliano Serra initially gained significant experience in the field of civil law (contract law, civil liability, damages, family law, leases, debt collection), collaborating, since 2001, with the Law Firm Meringolo of Milan, and then complete and continue their training in the criminal law field at the Law Firm Elli, quickly acquiring wide expertise in particular in the area of liability for road traffic and accidents at work, of code red crimes (sexual violence, stalking, domestic violence), revenge porn (the illicit dissemination of images, or sexually explicit videos), as in tax and banking crimes.
Since 2003, she has collaborated with Avvocato Elli in the management of complex defenses, providing a valuable contribution in terms of competence, professionalism and attention to detail.
In 1999 he obtained a Law Degree with honors from the University of Milan with a thesis in criminal procedure, carrying out, until 2004, assistance at the Chair of Criminal Procedure and Comparative Criminal Procedure Prof. Novella Galantini at the University of Milan. She obtained the qualification to the forensic profession in Milan in the 2002 session and is enrolled in the Bar of Milan. She practiced her profession from 1999 to 2003 at the law firm de Riso, from 2003 to 2005 at the law firm Santa Maria – Elli and, since 2005, she is self-employed.
Since 2016 she has been a member of the Special Register for Legal Aid before the Court of Cassation. Over twenty years of experience and daily contact with the Court have enabled the Avv. Sabrina Leonardi, to mature the widest competences in all the fields of the criminal law, both in the within of the corporate offenses – in particular bankrupt and tributary – and of the crimes against the person, dedicating, with passion, to the crimes from “code red” and implementing their knowledge also through specific courses dedicated to violence against women.
